A Model for Living and Learning
Wayne Barstad '83 is a systems thinker. Maybe it's because of his time spent on the prairie or his work in environmental biology.
Wayne and his wife, fellow liberal arts grad Dr. Anne Kapuscinski, know that for any body to be well, its overall health must be provided for. So, when they planned for their future, they made a gift to Wayne's alma mater, one with unlimited possibilities.
Their unrestricted gift will support the campus in whatever way necessary. In so doing, it will truly make Morris a model for living and learning. "My liberal arts experience at Morris translates into how this gift will be used," he says. "Morris is a living thing, bigger than any one area or program."
